I am an accomplished and award-winning leader with over 23 years of expertise in equity, social justice, and inclusive leadership. My strengths lie in shaping strategy, building resilient partnerships, and driving cultural transformation across diverse sectors. I am recognised for my ability to influence policy, embed fairness into organisational frameworks, and amplify underrepresented voices.

I champion the expansion of the term “EDI”, recognising its intersectionalities and advocating for change that focuses on each strand of equity, diversity, and inclusion, rather than relying on a generalised label. This approach ensures that real, meaningful transformation is achieved, with strategies tailored to address the unique challenges and opportunities each dimension presents.
